In 2015, the Japanese company Shimano has updated one of the popular lines of spinning reels Stradic, which includes 5 models. Representatives of the series are lightweight (from 200 to 320 grams) and have a high gear ratio (6.0 or 6.2:1). At the same time, the new Stradic has excellent technical characteristics. The signature Hagane Body hard shell has a G Free Body that relieves hand fatigue during long fishing trips. A cold forged Hagane Gear, a combination of X-Ships, an "endless screw" and 7 bearings (6 of which are S A-RC) ensure a smooth ride. To protect the mechanism from water, including sea water, as well as dirt, the CoreProtect system is used. The reels are equipped with perforated metal AR-C spools, which, due to the beveled edge, allow you to make longer casts.
